I am a mental health counselor in the greater Seattle/Bellevue area, with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a B.A. in Business Administration and Gender, Women & Sexuality Studies.

I wholeheartedly believe in the power of therapy to help process your pain and to empower you to tune into your inner wisdom. It is my highest privilege that I am able to hold space for you to grieve, as well as encourage you to grow without limit. I remain committed to my growth and healing by attending my own therapy.

In my personal life, I enjoy baking, watching people bake on television, being silly with my dog, good espresso, tennis, rock climbing, and movie nights with my husband.
